Rental Policy

Renting quality equipment at a portion of the actual cost is a logical and economical way to enjoy so many things you need for only a short period of time. We take pride in providing the items you need to make your event as successful as possible. It is our pleasure to rent these items to you, but we ask that in return, you treat them with care and respect.

Care of Rental Equipment

Tent: Decorating of tent poles, frame and ropes is permitted. However, tent fabric must NOT be used in attaching decorations. All materials used to attach decorations should be completely removed at the completion of your event. Colored crepe paper is NOT permitted in decorating ANY part of the tent. (This may result in permanent staining of the tent.) Open flames (tikki torches etc.) are not allowed within 10 feet of the tent. Any other open fires should not be within 50 feet of the tent.

Sidewalls: Sidewalls should NOT be taken down wet. If removed wet, please hang them back on the tent to enable them to dry properly.

Tables and Chairs: Lean tables and chairs in the middle of the tents against center poles or another table. Tables and chairs should NOT be laid on the ground or along the edge of the tent.

Linens: Shake linens clean and pile them on a table. Do NOT place them in plastic bags.

China and Flatware: Scrape, rinse and return to proper containers.

Miscellaneous: All items not covered under this agreement should be protected from the weather and placed either in the middle of the tent or in a weather proof area (garage, house etc.).

DAMAGES

Accordance with these steps will avoid damage charges. In the event of missing or broken items, it is expected that the customer will pay for their replacement.
